Responsibilities 工作职责
- To participate in valuation and consultancy projects and to prepare necessary reports with guidance from supervisor
- To execute valuation assignments, market research and other property/equity advisory works in Shanghai and China
- Frequent travel is required. To conduct site visits, either in Shanghai or in other cities and collect data for preparation of valuation and consultancy projects
- To ensure compliance of valuation standards
- To assist in retaining and developing clients
- To assist in preparing tender documents
- 参与评估和咨询项目, 并在主管指引下编写必要的报告负责完成上海地区及全国的估价任务、市场调研及其他物业/股权咨询工作
- 需要配合经常出差。在上海或其他城市进行现场调查, 收集数据为评估和咨询项目做准备
- 确保报告符合估价标准
- 协助维护及发展客户并保持良好的客户关系
- 协助编制投标文件
Requirements 要求
- Member of CPV/CIREA/ RICS will be an advantage.
- Bachelor degree with majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Economy or related disciplines
- 2-5 years experience, more experience and skills will be considered as Senior Valuer;
- Good command of reading and writing English and Chinese, fluent oral English is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Able to work independently under pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work
- 具有中国资产评估师、英国皇家测量师、中国房地产估价师等资格优先
- 房地产、财务、经济或相关专业大学学历
- 需要有2-5年相关经验， 更多经验及专业熟练的候选人将被考虑聘为高级估价师
- 良好的中英文读写能力， 英文口语熟练能力会具有优势
- 精通Office软件操作
- 能够在一定压力下，高强度，快节奏的环境中独立工作
