Job responsibilities: 1. Deliver mechanical designs to semiconductor metrology equipments, including technical spec identification, feasibility study, theoretical/FE analysis, 3D modeling and 2D drawings, off-the-shelf parts selection, and parts procurement. 2. Collaborating with cross function teams to complete prototype assembly and test, and optimize the designs. 3. Deliver technical documentations (BOM, drawing, specification, operational procedure). Provide technical training to manufacturing site. Qualifications: 1. Majored in mechanical design/manufacturing/automation. Master or Doctor degrees. 2. Skilled in 3D/2D modeling, familiar with GD&T, precision design, engineering materials, theoretical and finite elements analysis. 3. Experience in these areas is a plus: familiar with sheetmetal/machining designs, common metal properties(like carbon steel, stainless steel, Al alloy), metal surface treatment, opto-mechanical design, off-the-shelf parts selection for automation equipments. 4. Good in team works; result oriented; self-driving. 5. Good in English communication.
