The Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovation marketing strategies and ensure continuous innovation and market leadership.
84 Deploy marketing strategies for automotive interior component products to ensure continuous innovation and market leadership. 84 Develop and implement global marketing plans, including brand promotion, market positioning, and channel management, to enhance brand awareness and market share. 84 Research, benchmark, and analyze automotive interior market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic guidance for product innovation. 84 Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnerships to expand product applications and market share. 84 Coordinate internal team resources, including design, R&D, production, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of innovation marketing activities and achievement of results. 84 Comply with company’s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc. 84 Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have/be: 84 Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, marketing or related fields. 84 Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the automotive interior components industry (including innovation, production line, etc.), with rich industry knowledge and market insights. 84 Excellent project management and team leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate and manage cross-departmental collaboration. 84 Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners. 84 Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to identify and seize opportunities in a fast-changing market environment. 84 Fluent in English, both oral and written, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams.
