职位描述
岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责SAP Ariba系统与其他业务系统的对接集成工作,包括但不限于订单管理、发票处理、支付管理等模块;
Responsible for the integration and integration of SAP Ariba system with other business systems, including but not limited to modules such as order management, invoice processing, and payment management

2. 负责SAP Ariba需求调研、蓝图设计、系统配置、流程测试、用户培训等工作;
Responsible for SAP Ariba requirement research, blueprint design, system configuration, process testing, user training, and other related tasks

3. 负责持续跟踪SAP Ariba项目进度,清楚阶段性成果提交,能够识别、评估并排除项目中存在的风险,把控项目质量;
Responsible for continuously tracking SAP Ariba project progress, clearly submitting phased results, identifying, evaluating, and eliminating risks in the project, and controlling project quality

4. 定期召开SAP Ariba项目组会议,协调项目组成员工作,并向委员会汇报项目进度。
Regularly convene SAP Ariba project team meetings, coordinate the work of project team members, and report project progress to committee

5. 协助完成领导安排的其他采购工作
Assist in other procurement tasks arranged by superior
岗位要求job requirements:
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,5年以上SAP Ariba对接开发经验
Bachelor's degree or above in a computer related field, with over 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba integration and development

2. SAP Ariba采购和供应商管理经验,精通S4HANA、SAP Ariba功能知识和采购业务流程。
SAP Ariba Procurement and Supplier Management experience, Well verse in S4HANA, SAP Ariba functional knowledge and procurement business processes.

3. 至少5年以上大中型企业应用系统采购或管理实施经验;曾作为主要成员成功实施过1个以上大中型信息化应用系统项目(例如SAP ERP、SRM、Ariba等)、具备流程梳理、系统配置与实施、项目管理的技能和经验;
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing or managing application systems for large and medium-sized enterprises; Successfully implemented one or more large and medium-sized information application system projects (such as SAP ERP, SRM, Ariba, etc.) as a key member, possessing skills and experience in process organization, system configuration and implementation, and project management.

4. 很强的解决问题能力、批判性思维和分析能力,能够定义和理解业务需求,并确定适当的解决方案
Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to define and understand business needs and determine appropriate solutions.

5. 能够与团队成员、业务用户、项目相关者、项目专家和供应商建立牢固的关系,以帮助解决问题、决策和相关影响
Ability to build strong relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to help navigate through problems, decisions, and related implications.

6. 强大的书面和口头沟通技巧,能够传达技术信息,并帮助非技术用户理解系统功能和局限性
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information and facilitate understanding of system capabilities and limitations to non-technical users.
