Tasks职责: 1. According to the company sales target and plan, independently accomplish sales work in Hutchinson aircraft OEM parts and related component MRO business 根据公司销售目标和计划,独立完成哈金森飞机OEM零部件及相关零部件维修市场的销售工作 2. Actively develop Airline and MRO customer in the area, build and maintain the relationship with focus market and key account 积极开发区域市场航空公司和MRO客户,建立和维护客户关系 3. Provide the marketing forecast and competitor analysis, promote the sales opportunities and make the achievement 提供营销预测和竞争对手分析,提高销售机会并取得成果 4. Negotiations with Hutchinson Group partnering companies and customers to identify new growth opportunities 与Hutchinson集团合作伙伴公司和客户的谈判确定了新的增长机会 5. Prepare and maintain account management plans, sales plans and sales forecasts 准备和维护客户管理计划,销售计划以及销售预测 6. Handle tender/bidding and prepare quotation based on company pricing policy 根据公司价格政策,处理招投标以及准备报价 7. Follow the companies' regulation, be responsible for safety working and production 遵守公司规章制度,对安全工作及安全生产负责 8. Good habit in working area 工作区域养成良好的习惯
Requirements要求: 1. Bachelor's Degree or above in engineering or business, graduated from aerospace/civil aviation related university, 2 - 3 years working experience in aerospace aftermarket sales 本科及以上学历,航空航天相关大学工程或商务专业,2到3年航空售后销售经验。有在航空公司或者MRO经验者优先 2. Strong self-management capability and challenge spirit under a certain sales pressure, willing to travel 在一定的销售压力下,强大的自我管理能力和挑战精神,愿意出差 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good in English, skill to use office 良好的沟通和人际技巧,英语流利,办公软件使用熟练
