KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 61 Planning & Testing: Develop photovoltaic plant testing plans, conduct PR, EL, infrared tests, and power generation analysis. 61 Standards & Methods: Establish testing standards to ensure compliance and efficiency. 61 Equipment Management: Oversee equipment selection, operation, and calibration. Project Coordination: Liaise with project companies, O&M teams, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth execution.
Minimum Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering. Minimum Experience: 61 Over 5 years of experience in testing or technical work in the photovoltaic industry, with a preference for candidates with photovoltaic power plant testing experience. 61 Demonstrates strong resilience and dedication, with adaptability to flexible schedules and on-site working conditions at PV power plants 61 Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills. 61 Familiarity with photovoltaic IEC/UL international standards and industry-standard testing methods and procedures. 61 Fluent in English.
COMPETENCIES: 61 Familiar with the relevant characteristics of photovoltaic products and materials. 61 Knowledgeable about the product structure and manufacturing processes of photovoltaic modules (such as welding, lamination, and IV testing). 61 Familiar with photovoltaic testing standards such as IEC 62446, CNCA/CTS 0004,CNCA/CTS 0016 , etc. 61 Proficient in mainstream photovoltaic power plant testing equipment and testing principles. 61 Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write detailed test reports. 61 Understands basic topology and functionality of solar inverters (e.g., string/micro/central inverters)
