We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, this role is for you!

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities
1.负责所辖区域内销售业绩的跟进，进行数据汇总及整理；
2.负责财务、IT、市场，培训等部门的流程及规章制度在区域门店内的执行跟进；
3.负责定期巡店，发现问题，并提供解决建议；
4.负责定期对门店员工做相应的培训和指导，梳理各部门流程，帮助门店更顺畅执行；
5.与各个部门协调，及时反馈相关信息，保证公司流程及时下达门店。
1.Monitor and track sales performance02within the assigned region,02compile and analyze sales data;
2.Ensure compliance02with company policies, procedures, and workflows (Finance, IT, Marketing, Training, etc.) across regional stores;
3.Conduct regular store visits, identify operational issues, and02provide improvement recommendations;
4.Deliver regular training and coaching02to store staff, streamline cross-departmental processes, and02support smooth store operations;
5.Collaborate with various departments, relay key information promptly, and02ensure company directives are effectively communicated02to stores.

关于你/任职资格 About You/Qualifications
1.大专及以上学历，听力和英语相关专业优先；
2.连锁品牌零售数据管理工作经验2年以上，数据分析能力强；
3.熟悉门店端的各项运营流程制度；
4.有责任心，团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力；
5.熟练操作office办公软件。
1.Diploma (Associate Degree) or above; preference given to candidates with a background in02Auditing, English, or related fields;
2.2+ years of experience in retail data management02(preferably in chain brands), with strong02data analysis skills;
3.Familiar with store-level operational processes and policies;
4.Responsible, team-oriented, with excellent02communication skills02and02ability to work under pressure;
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
