CORE TASKS: As the Work Safety Manager in the EHSQ Department, this position is responsible for promoting the implementation of various professional procedures at the MATCH site, including but not limited to: 61 Responsible for the safety risk assessment and dual prevention mechanism development element under the safety standardization framework. Organizing the risk classification and control system implementation, This includes implementing various levels of safety risk assessments such as JSA, PHA, risk mapping, and major hazard source assessments. 61 In accordance with the "Guidelines for the Investigation and Treatment of Safety Risk Hidden Dangers of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises", implement the hidden danger investigation and rectification system, develop rectification plans, and supervise the execution of safety inspections and corrective actions at all levels. 61 Responsible for the work safety element in safety standardization, including maintaining the work permit management procedure, organizing work safety risk assessments, and overseeing safety control measures during operations. Implement the "Life Saving Rules" according to the Group requirements. 61 Collaborate with the owner department to supervise and implement contractor safety management, including qualification review, training, work permits, on-site supervision, and performance evaluation. 61 Responsible for the secondary element of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals in safety standardization; according to Chinese laws and regulations, organize the implementation of "major hazard source management", and implement the "major hazard source warranty responsibility system"; 61 Responsible for the incident/accident management element in safety standardization, including maintaining the incident reporting, investigation, and resolution procedure; ensure timely reporting, thorough root cause analysis, and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions. 61 Regularly analyze incident data to identify risk trends and drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. 61 Be responsible for interfacing with the government's "third-party safety inspection", "major hazard source inspection" and relevant "safety inspection", and organize the implementation of rectification according to the inspection results; 61 Responsible for coordinating with government-led inspections, including but not limited to company-level inspections, routine inspections, special inspections, and unannounced inspections; 61 Supervise the implementation of the certification of "compliance with safety regulations" for personnel at all levels of company, and ensure that the qualifications of various personnel meet the requirements of laws and regulations; 61 Responsible for the digital design, implementation, and continuous improvement of tasks within the scope of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 61 Bachelor's degree with major in Safety, Chemistry or Engineering; 61 Familiar with laws and regulations related to construction work management in hazardous chemical enterprises; 61 Proven experience in managing construction work within hazardous chemical enterprises; 61 Basic experience in process safety management; 61 Basic experience in implementing production safety standardization in hazardous chemical enterprises; 61 More than 5 years related working experience; 61 Work experience in foreign-funded chemical enterprises; 61 Intermediate Certified Safety Engineer; 61 English can be used as working language; 61 Proficient in using computer office software; 61 Familiar with ISO 45001 system;
