Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building, managing, and training the cell therapy division.coordinating project collaborations with CROs, hospitals, and research institutions. 2. Spearhead the research, evaluation, and initiation of company cell therapy projects, participate in formulating R&D strategies and product development directions, and identify promising cell therapy products. 3. Oversee target discovery, validation, mechanism of action studies, and platform development for cell therapy projects, supporting llT clinical trials. 4. Address potential challenges in preclinical development, including biology, toxicology, and CMC-related issues; assist in lND submissions and clinical development strategies. 5.Regularly lead internal team meetings to communicate project progress and issues, reporting to senior management. 6. Stay updated on global advancements in cell therapy and support business development due diligence for the R&D center. 7. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts, aligning with company R&D objectives.
Requirements: 1. Ph.D in biology, medicine, or related fields. 2. Strong background in tumor immunology, autoimmunity, etc.; cell therapy experiences preferred. 3. Proficiency in Chinese and English, excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. 4. 5+ years of experience in innovative drug development, including at least 3 years in team management. 5. As a project lead, successfully advanced 1-2 cell therapy products into clinical stages. 6. Familiarity with NMPA and FDA regulatory requirements and R&D processes, strong experimental design and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data
