Key Responsibilities主要工作职责: 61 - Communicate with agency to final the layout of monthly GWP & file each size GWP/Sampling. 61 - Prepare handout card, brochure, POP, etc. according to the promotion & distribute these items to each door. 61 - Make monthly GWP distribution list according to the allocation plan, coordinate with logistic and sales department to ensure monthly trade promotion in-timely. 61 - Coordinate with each store and make sure the maximized utilize of store magazine/DM exposure to communicate the activities/product information to consumers before deadline. 61 - Track sales and GWP sold out data, help to analyze the promotion result & take actions based on sales performance. 61 - Communicate with field force and evaluate the activity result in terms of sales and consumer feedback. 61 - Regular store promotion support & result analyze 61 - Collect promotional information of competitor for reference. 61 - Flexible support to road show cases. 61 - Flexible support to new store opening event. 61 - Explore for sustainable possibilities and opportunities during your work and implement in your daily work.
Principle Qualifications 任职要求: 61 - 2 years experience in FMCG industry in trade marketing or marketing channel management 61 - Be familiar with marketing consumer promotion operation process 61 - Fluent MS office operation and business English writing 61 - Aggressive and willing to take challenges 61 - Good communication and interpersonal skill 61 - Should be an accountable team player
