Responsibilities: Lead activities related to the implementation of a Group-wide job architecture, acting as VTBA’s subject matter expert and representative in China: 61 Conduct global pay equity analysis and ensure readiness for evolving pay transparency legislation. Support for the change management. 61 Manage job evaluations and benchmarking, leveraging IPE and Mercer methodology to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness. Perform Key member in annual compensation cycles: 61 Process smooth for salary reviews and variable compensation processes 61 Work with the other team members in VT C&B & Group CoE team to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficient process each year. 61 Ensure data integrity and reporting excellence within SuccessFactors (HR Link), Compensation module, and dashboards. Support Asia C&B Manager on local Total Rewards activities to support local for local China strategy and across Asia region: 61 Participate in Compensation and Benefits surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position 61 Analysis salary market data to highlight potential inequities or where VT is falling behind on competitiveness. Promote a pay for performance culture. 61 Review the benefits packages, market benchmark, cost impact analysis etc. and share insights of the change management. 61 Prepare the presentations with storytelling. 61 Other analysis/project required. Contribute to the operation of VTBA global recognition program “Valued”: 61 Responses to Employee query. 61 Provide insights into process improvements, create/update program SOP files as well as guidelines, present the introduction of the program as required. 61 Provide back-up support on Details of the regular activities, including but not limited to Monthly closing, Employee profile making/upload etc. Drive process improvement and automation, in partnership with HR Digitalization & Process Improvement teams. Support M&A compensation activities, ensuring alignment of terms and effective transition support. Requirements: 61 Highly detail orientated with excellent numerical skills 61 Strong Excel skills and previous HRIS knowledge (preferably SuccessFactors) 61 Knowledge of Power BI is a plus 61 Deep knowledge of benchmarking surveys (Mercer, Radford) and job evaluation methodology (IPE as an advantage) 61 Good knowledge of Benefits programs in China market. 61 Well organised, displaying clear, rational and analytical approach to problem solving and planning 61 Capability of translating organisation needs into data-oriented insights and actionable solutions 61 Project management and Presentation 61 Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 61 Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and cultural sensitivity 61 Calm under pressure, maintaining high levels of accuracy, escalating issues where necessary 61 Collaborative team player, Has the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and with different cultures 61 Willingness to travel a few times a year Education and Experience 61 Bachelor’s degree+ in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 61 At least 5+ years’ experience in compensation & benefits – central of expertise role in global/matrix organization. 61 The other experience in APAC is a plus.
