PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

61 Identify and investigate about operation/local charges from client or overseas
61 Participate in forums or systems to gather suggestions for improvement and help test those suggestions in own work processes.
61 Use own initiative to follow up and resolve unusual or more complicated situations.
61 Reorganize own tasks if a problem is encountered in completing the work of something else takes priority.
61 Ocean Freight Import Operations: Manage end-to-end day-to-day ocean freight import operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo tracking, documentation verification, and coordination with carriers/terminals to ensure seamless cargo flow and regulatory compliance.
61 Ocean Freight Import Customs Clearance: Execute daily import customs clearance procedures, including HS code classification, duty/tax calculation, submission of electronic declarations, and resolving customs queries to expedite cargo release.
61 Order Management & System Data Maintenance: Oversee order lifecycle management and perform daily maintenance of operational data in logistics systems (e.g., ERP/TMS), ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and system integrity for reporting and analytics.

61 Fresh to 5 years working experience in sea freight forwarding field at same level
61 Responsibility and compressive ability
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Secondary: College or above
Professional: Major in / Forwarding/ international Trade / Business English or related majors
Licenses: CET-4 or above
