岗位职责: Main Responsibilities 1. Warehouse internal management - Responsible for monitor the accurate and efficient receipt, storage and delivery of goods to require for operations. - Manage FL-employees on site to complete daily operations and set up scheduling plans. - Assist warehouse manager in complete company management tasks and strictly implementing company policies and procedures. - Responsible for inventory management, make sure accurate inventory and actively handling issues. - Can be driving a forklift to complete daily warehouse operations. - Management other assigned job responsibilities. 2. Date analysis and management - Performs data entry to ensure accurate movement and tracking of merchandise/Food & beverage inventory. - Collect and sorting the information on receiving, inventory and shipping, saving record. - Generates store auto-replenishment orders, manual orders for daily picking operation, complete daily operation data input. - Supervise and inspect the operator data record. - Review supplier license & documents information and double check monthly billing of logistics. - Summarize daily operational data and prepare warehouse reports. 3. Warehouse HSS management - Responsible for supervising the safety and security orderly operation of warehouse. - Assist the HSS department in complete safety management requirements. - Assist the warehouse manager complete company HSS tasks and procedures. - Responsible for monitor other safety in theme park operations. - Management other assigned safety responsibilities. 4. Team management - Assist Human resources in recruiting and training warehouse team. - Regularly track on internal team training according to company policies. - Draw up a scheduling plan of warehouse and publish it to FL employees. - Promote company policies and procedures and handle the team member management issues. 5. Facility and equipment Management - Assist the TS department in the maintenance and repair of warehouse facilities and equipment. - Supervise warehouse staff to regular inspections and spot check of equipment. - Assist the warehouse manager to control the budget for facilities and equipment costs. - Assist the HSS department in conducting inspections of warehouse fire and security facilities. 6. Health & Safety You are responsible for implementing Merlin’s HSS Policy, management system and related standards. Within the area of management responsibility, you must: 85 Show clear leadership and commitment to HSS; this includes setting a good personal example. 85 Develop plans that are consistent with the HSS strategy to carry out risk assessments and meet relevant standards, legal requirements and Merlin’s HSS targets and objectives. 85 Take the necessary practical steps to implement the HSS management system, including: 88 Providing suitable resources and training 88 Defining specific roles and responsibilities 88 Explaining HSS issues effectively 88 Establishing operational controls 88 Managing contractors effectively 88 Organising emergency response arrangements 85 Implement measures to monitor HSS performance and, where necessary, take corrective action. This includes audits, performance monitoring, and reporting / investigating incidents. 85 Ensure that HSS decisions are consistent with Merlin’s HSS Policy. 85 Consider HSS issues in business decisions and explain their importance. 85 Support promotional campaigns and educational plans. 85 Recognise and reward employees who show positive HSS behaviour and achieve HSS objectives. 85 Discuss HSS issues regularly. 85 Encourage employees to suggest measures to improve HSS performance, and follow these up. 85 Ensure that employees who blatantly or repeatedly violate HSS standards, procedures and rules are disciplined appropriately. 85 Challenge unsafe conditions or actions and work with those involved to agree the necessary safety improvements. 85 Provide ready access to skilled HSS professionals and / or accurate HSS advice. 任职要求: Requirements 1. System - Skilful to use procurement systems, including PICC, Shiji and SAP, Yonyou or other WMS/ERP system. - Skilful to use office software, including Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, OneNote and OneDrive etc. - Familiar with the scheduling software (Kronos) . 2. Experience & Qualifications - More than 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, 1~3years driving forklift operation experience. - Advantage of Experience in theme park warehouse or comprehensive supermarket warehouse. - High level of ethical standard - Knowledge of F&B warehouse management and external warehouse management. - Good at data collection and report. Able to promptly identify operational issues. 3. Personal Qualifications - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all business partners. - Can Do attitude to actively face challenges. Principles of honesty trustworthiness, compliance with regulations and discipline. - Must have a valid forklift certificate. 4. Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent above. - Must have good level of English skills in reading and writing.
