1.02In accordance with the company's needs, be responsible for the procurement of relevant materials, equipment, services, etc., including inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, and selection of suppliers with high cost performance ratio. 2.02Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate suppliers' qualifications, product quality and services, and optimize the supplier system. 3.02Implement procurement plans, follow up on order progress, ensure materials are delivered on time, with required quality and quantity, and coordinate to solve problems in the delivery process (such as delays, quality discrepancies, etc.). 4.02Be responsible for drafting, reviewing and executing procurement contracts, ensuring that contract terms are compliant and protecting the company's interests. 5.02Record procurement data, sort out procurement documents (such as orders, invoices, acceptance notes, etc.), and cooperate with the finance department to complete processes such as reconciliation and payment. 6.02Pay attention to market dynamics, price trends and new product information, and provide references for the company's procurement strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Education: College degree or above, with priority given to majors in machinery, electrical engineering, pulp and paper making. - Experience: 1-3 years of working experience in procurement or supply chain, familiar with procurement processes and supplier management. - Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, cost awareness and data analysis ability; proficient in office software (such as Excel) and procurement management systems; ability to communicate in English both orally and in written emails. - Qualities: Meticulous and rigorous in work, responsible, with strong execution and problem-solving abilities, and compliance with the company's procurement system and integrity regulations.
