We are currently seeking a Sales Development Manager who will report to National Sales Development Director in Kering Eyewear China.

How you will contribute
61 Customer Engagement related project base initiate and develop 61 Develop and implement the overall goal for the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals 61 Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination 61 Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI 61 Data analysis with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions
Including but not limited to following project,
Retail Engagement (base on “1 Product 1 Code”) 61 Transform raw 1P1C data into actionable business insights 61 Design retailer/channel partner incentive schemes using 1P1C performance metrics 61 Quarterly base adjust incentive schemes in core product wise base on review and insight
Training & Mystery Shopper Integration 61 Collaborate with training team to refine training contents, ensure training content is continuously upgraded and adapt to 2B and 2C scene needs 61 Develop actionable feedback mechanisms to bridge training and Mystery Shopper evaluation (Training & MV Program Integration) 61 Design and execute the annual Mystery Shopper plan, including scheduling, store and brand selection, and budget management 61 Develop and optimize Mystery Shopper questionnaires and evaluation criteria to reflect operational standards and customer experience priorities 61 Implement a scoring mechanism and reward system to incentivize high-performing customers/individuals 61 Leverage Mystery Shopper to enhance training effectiveness, operational standards, and service quality
After Service Enhancement 61 Redesign and implement enhanced service protocols to improve efficiency, reduce resolution time, and increase customer satisfaction. 61 Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics to identify pain points and unmet needs 61 Collaborate with the after service team to integrate customer insights into service upgrades 61 Pilot and scale new service offerings (e.g., extended warranties, self-service solutions, proactive support)
Who you are 61 Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral) - French or Italian knowledge is a plus 61 Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment 61 Analytical and logical thinking 61 In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word) 61 Ambitious and flexible and a team player by heart
