Support business growth by assisting the business team with daily operation management tasks such as order management and data analysis.

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
* Assist the sales team in opportunity management and business forecasting.
协助销售团队进行机会管理，业务预测
* Drive business processes, collaborate with the sales team to complete bidding documents and subsequent contract signing.
驱动商务流程，配合销售团队完成投标文件及后续签订合同
* Manage and execute orders, and promote progress.
订单管理及执行，推动订单进度
* Collect market data, complete monthly/quarterly analysis reports, and analyze sales participation, win rate and market share.
汇总市场数据，形成月度/季度分析报告，分析销售参与度，赢单率及市场占有率
* Forecast and determine the completion status of sales targets.
预测及认定销售指标的完成情况
* Maintain and update operational processes and related policies.
维护及更新运营流程和相关政策
* Other job that line manager assigned.
完成直线经理交办的其他工作


PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度
* Bachelor degree and/or above in Business, management, business analysis, or other related field.
本科及其以上商务，管理，数据分析等相关专业


EXPERIENCE 工作经验
* +3 experienced in commercial operation management areas is must (Channel, BA etc.)
必须具备 3 年以上商业运营管理领域（如渠道、业务分析等）的工作经验。
* Prefer with operational experience in equipment companies.
具备设备公司运营经验优先

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求
* Demonstrated ability to communicate in bot written and spoken Mandarin and English.
具备出色的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
