General Role The role is actively involved in the regional development of watch sale for Hermès Horloger by a close and regular monitoring of sales, internal communication and training in one region.
The Watch Senior Sales Executive helps to have the best sales activities in line with commercial strategy in close cooperation with Watch Ambassadors, Watch Business Development Manager, Merchandiser, Store Managers and Watch director.
Responsible for help reinforce the watch métier’s knowledge and skill in store, improve the communication inter-stores in one region, build the bridge between retail and Watch department through the daily operation, communication and store training, etc. Coordinates with stores and watch department to maximize market opportunities and achieve business objectives. Major Responsibilities: Works closely with Watch Business Development Manager and in-store Watch Ambassadors to train and coach the retail team on Hermès Horloger (products technicality, selling skill, after sales service, competitors…) activating in store training tools (morning brief, in-store training, classroom training, etc.…). Align with Watch Department and Boutique Managers to formulate and implement product strategy including product assortment, order placement/replenishment, and inventory control. Evaluate sales associated watch knowledge during monthly training activity, identify needs and well organize the local trainings and communicate efficiently with Watch Business Development Manager Monitors and analyses product performance and sales trends of the region by monthly. Present on selling floor regularly to provide advice and direction to sales team, collecting feedback to analyze customer needs as well as monitoring effective execution of product plans in related stores. Collaborate and support on all watch related activities, including but not limited to the contents mentioned above, in related stores of the dedicated region. Requirements & Capabilities: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Fashion, Business or another related field. A minimum of 5 years’ applicable retail experience, watch related experience will be really appreciated, training skill is a plus. Good commercial touch Proactive. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and foster teamwork with multiple levels/departments within the organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office is required, especially in Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to travel as required.
