1. Develop Ecommerce sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets. 2. To maintain and develop Ecommerce business of ZIM with involvement of the local / country sales. 3. Provide ongoing support to key account customers to secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction. 4. Manage and develop customer relationships, anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions. 5. Manages monthly sales related reports, e.g. productivity, sales performance, KPIs, forecast & budget. 6. Work closely with the network and support teams to ensure delivering high quality of service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Over 5 years of sales experience in shipping and logistics industry; full of E-commerce knowledge and related Ecommerce experience, familiar with sales market. 3. Strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities; 4. Proficient skills in both written and oral Chinese and English 5. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications
