1、Implement and maintain the effective run of the food safety and quality management system to ensure that the company's system meets the requirements of standards and regulations;

2、Regularly Organize internal audit and management review to the food safety and quality management system ;
定期组织对公司体系进行内审和管理评审；
3、Report to the top management about the implementation of the system, including any need for improvement;
向***管理者报告体系实施的情况，包括任何改进的需求；
4、Responsible for the external contact of the QA management related (including regulatory authorities, audit agencies, testing agencies, customers, etc.);
负责公司质量管理有关事宜的对外联络（包括监管部门，审核机构，检测机构，客户等）；
5、Comprehensive management of QA Department, including quality system maintenance, raw material check, process control, testing and sample retention, finished product release, quality statistical analysis, customer complaint analysis, production process verification, training and assessment of subordinates, etc；
全面统筹质量部的管理工作，包括体系维护，原料验收，过程控制，检测和留样，成品发放，质量统计分析，客户投诉分析，生产过程验证及下属培训考核等等；
6、Improve the quality control process in the production process, control nonconforming products, organize relevant departments to find cause and do correction, supervise the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive measures, follow up the results and verification;
完善生产过程中的品质控制流程，对不合格品进行控制，组织相关部门自查自纠，监督有关纠正和预防措施的实施，跟进问题结果和验证；
7、Comprehensive management of the lab to ensure that the testing capacity meet the requirements;
统筹实验室管理，确保实验室的工作和检测能力符合要求；
8、Participate in supplier’s management, and regularly evaluate theirs performance and assist purchase department to review contracts;
参与供应商管理，定期对供方评估和合同评审工作；
9、Complete other tasks by the superior；
完成上级委派的其他任务；
10、Must speak fluent English；
必须会说流利的英文；
11、 More than 3~5 years quality management experience in food or FMCG industry；
3~5年以上食品或快速消费品行业质量管理经验；
12、Strong ability of organization management and analysis and summary, familiar with Food or FMCG industry including the QA management, QC control and laboratory management；
具有较强的组织管理和分析总结能力，熟悉食品或快速消费品饮料行业并熟悉质量体系管理，品质管理和实验室管理；
13、 Bachelor degree or above, related major, and if quality system internal auditor certificate prior to；
本科以上学历，相关专业，有质量管理体系内审员资质优先；
