Reporting to: Business Manager - Operations Your role and responsibilities Reporting to the Lead Center Manager, Lead PPA whole PM team to finish the yearly target and complete the projects well, provide coaching and support for team members and cultivate good culture inside the team. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: ● Act as key contact for the PM team for project execution ● Finish financial target with team members, deliver good QCE for customer ● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders ● Develop team menbers to get certification and execute the projects with quality and safety ● Define Project review and management plan per month ● Effectively monitor and control projects’ status and critical open issue soltuion progress ● Monitor and control projects’ financials and risk managemnt ● Capture, analyze and organize lessons learned throughout the teams ● Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business Qualifications for the role ● Education: Bachelor or above ● Knowledge: A good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project ● Skills: Fluent English skill both in written and oral, preferably have PMI and ABB PM certification. ● Experience: More than 8 year’s system project management experience
