JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand Coleman, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing aspects of Coleman Brand. You will develop and implement Brand Strategies to launch brand, secure marketing execution, drive sales through brand development and brand building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. You will also work with global team and regional team to build strong communication and trust among all parties.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Develop Coleman brand team capability to facilitate brand launch and growth for next 5 years
2. Develop and execute comprehensive Coleman Brand Strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
3. Develop Innovation with global team to drive innovative brand equity.
4. Supervise the execution on brand plan such as media, social, channel strategy and working plan
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Stay up to date with Marketing cutting-edgy trend, methodology to build brand team capability
7. Find root issues/opportunities to solve brand problems and drive sales.
8. Insightful gesture to move forward even with obstacles
9. Communication with cross function team especially the sales, EC team, and global/APAC team on brand strategy and execution plan.
10. Deep dive consumer insight to guide brand development and brand building
11. Develop comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
12. Develop brand by working closely with global team to drive innovation launch
13. Develop brand activation plan
14. Supervise the brand activation execution
15. Lead and mentor Coleman marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 10+ years of solid experience in brand marketing leadership roles
3. Proven experience in brand development and brand building.
4. Strong understanding of brand building approach: Media, social, marketing collaboration and execution.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
6. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills to envision, empower and enable the people in his/her org.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Ability to deal with ambiguity to work out the plan from 0 to 1.
11. Ability to identify and apply creative solutions to resolve brand issues.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Negotiation skill to align resources, trade investment with key internal and external stakeholder.
14. Build trust with others through a WINWIN mindset.
15. Enthusiasts on Outdoor activities, understanding of outdoor category is preferred.
