Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for material test analysis, failure analysis, customer return on polymer materials, including plastic, rubber.
2. Take responsibility of calibration, maintenance and verification of lab equipment.
3. Develop new testing methods when required for new materials or applications.
4. Support GS/MTS2-AP project developments & release when required.

Required knowledge competencies and attributes
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Materials science and engineering, or polymer material background is required)
2. Basic knowledge of polymer polymerization and compounding process and relevant technology, polymer materials (PA6, PA66, PPS, PEEK, PP, ABS, PC, PBT, POM) and additives.
3. Good teamwork sprit and cooperation
4. Good communication skill, fluent English speaking and writing is required
