SUMMARY:
As the Sales Manager for Brand Coleman, you will be responsible for managing a high-quality brand store coverage base including brand owned flagship store and authorized distributors brand store, in assigned regions and stores. Fully manage Brand-owned flagship stores to achieve business targets. Fully manage local distributor and brand store to achieve business targets.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Achieve sales revenue budget and SGM target in brand-owned store. Well understand consumer needs and behaviors through data analyze and personal observation, ensure best in-store execution, set up reasonable KPIs to store staffs, to improve transaction and sales margin.
2. Achieve sales revenue budget and SGM target in distributor brand store in retail channel.
3. Develop qualified brand store coverage base with professional and authorized distributors.
4. Maintain a good management with distributors via conducting annal business plan, regular business review, to ensure the commercial target achievement and best in-store execution
5. Manage brand store execution in align with brand guidance, in terms of store staffs’ behavior / assortment & display / pricing & promotion.
6. Have good communication with Landlords for daily store operation, ensure brand store take full advantage of channel resources.
7. Develop store staff’s capability and competencies through training.
8. Work closely with Marketing team in various marketing programs including new product launch, in-store activities, sales incentive program, consumer promotions, livestreams and CRM etc. To have the yearly AP / CF plan with best ROI through review and track.
9. Update local market and competitor information, provide constructive suggestions to headquarter.
10. Work closely with Planning and Supply team to streamline the forecast process
11. Work with Customer Service team to provide good after-sales service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 8+ years of solid experience in well-known premium lifestyle consumer goods / outdoor or sportswear of global brands.
3. Strong Flagship store management, good knowledge and skills in distributor mode management.
4. Sales Management Functional knowledge in Flagship store management & Distributor selection management
5. Rich experience in managing brand store, especially flagship brand store performance, store will be 100~200 square meters.
6. Good understand for social media / livestream to improve store traffic and transaction.
7. Strong motivation and influential ability to achieve commercial target.
8. Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
9. Self-starter and able to work independently
10. Ability and desire to multi-task
11. Fluent written English
