Assembly Production Operator - Shanghai, China
Full time position, based in Shanghai, China
We’re looking for an Assembly Production Operator to join our International Office in Shanghai to support the careful encapsulation of collectibles. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience in a production environment necessary—and a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:
61 Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation
61 Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes
61 Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
61 Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects
61 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
61 Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns
61 Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
61 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required
61 High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care
61 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
61 Strong work ethic and time management skills
61 Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
61 Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
