Job Description: 1. Orders Administration a)New Sales orders collection, placement and processing mainly Internal and EC channels. b)New purchase orders placement, processing and tracking. c)Orders administration and communication for internal and external stakeholders. 2. Credit Control a)Reconciliation with internal finance / platforms / Sales / third parties / customers regards in-coming and out-coming payment. b)Internal invoices issuance and external invoices collection. 3. Sales Support a)Before-Sales hotline reception, demands transfer and resolution. b)Business Industry fridges and accessory planning, placing and tracking. c)Customers suppliers account application and update. d)Cross check and tracking of legal documents. 4. Others a)Supports other functions (e.g. Logistics / Customer Service / Communication) with administrative support upon demand. b)Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend ISO trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or risk is discovered. c)Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.
Requirements: a) College ’s degree; b) Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain or equivalent; c) 1-2 years sales administration function, be familiar with e-Commerce channel (mainly JD and Tmall platform), ideally in an international consumer goods company; d) Knowledge of e-Commerce conditions and terms, Marketing Mix, Supply Chain Management; e) Profound Mandarin and fluent English; f)Computer application skills, especially in an ERP system (e.g. BAAN) and/or CRM system (MS Dynamics); g)Intercultural Experience.
