Your Responsibilities · Responsible for correct use and implementation of product related IPC norms (e.g., IPC 6010ff) - Correct translation of mentioned norms into AT&S standards - Integration of industry standard into AT&S internal specifications wherever applicable · Responsible for review, clarification and implementation of customer specifications and requirements - Correct translation of mentioned customer specifications into AT&S standards - Involvement of internal stake holders in the review process ensured - Communication with customers or respective account teams regarding gaps between specification and AT&S standards ensured though proper communication protocols - Availability of agreed customer specification content to the internal organization · Responsible for review, clarification and implementation of quality requirements in customer contracts - Correct translation of mentioned customer requirements into AT&S standards - Involvement of internal stake holders in the review process ensured - Communication with customers, legal or respective account teams regarding gaps between requirements and AT&S standards ensured through proper communication protocols - Availability of agreed requirements to the internal organization · Responsible for review, clarification and implementation of customer reports (FAI, serial report requirements) - Awareness of the internal organization regarding reporting requirements - Awareness of the internal organization regarding time of delivery is ensured - Availability of the reports for the customer
Your Profile · Knowledge of PCB manufacturing · English (spoken and written) · Communication skills · SAP and MS Office · Knowledge of IPC Norms · Technical education · Profound knowledge regarding IPC and other applicable standards · Deep Knowledge about AT&S capabilities and Standards Scope of Service · Profound knowledge of AT&S07s PCB manufacturing processes and technologies · Good knowledge of Quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D) and management systems (Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods etc.) · Proven experience in dealing with AT&S07s customers · Excellent analytical problem resolution and organizational skills · Diplomatic, result oriented and persistent personality with convincing negotiation skills · Good communication/presentation skills and high intercultural awareness · Excellent command of English, additional language skills are preferred but not mandatory
