特别说明:本职位为8个月的短期岗位,签第三方劳动合同。 Job Summary: The Compliance specialist in China is responsible for assisting the compliance officer in China for one of leading European infrastructure companies to drive a consistent approach to compliance across our operations. The role will assist to set up/build upon the compliance framework to ensure an effective compliance program and infrastructure required to drive a compliance culture across various business unite sites in China and also support compliance topics across Asia. The position supports Asia Compliance Department in assisting to develop strategies for addressing the company’s global compliance risks, increase the quality and accessibility of compliance services to businesses. The position can be based in Shanghai or Beijing, reporting to Compliance officer in China. Responsibilities and duties include: -Assist to develop and implement together with China compliance officer an effective compliance program for the company (and its affiliate companies), with a view to a robust compliance culture in the organization, focused on prevention, detection and response; -Support China Compliance officer in developing and managing projects and in communicating progress on key initiatives to all employees; -Assist to develop and implement together with China Compliance officer an effective compliance training and communication program, including promoting understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related regulations, policies and procedures; -Together with China Compliance officer, and in partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, Internal Control, Internal Audit and other relevant teams ensure that reported compliance concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated with suitable corrective, remedial or disciplinary measures taken, where appropriate. Generally exercise oversight over compliance investigations, monitor trends and implement a robust compliance investigation training program; -Assist to develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the compliance program (including rule for disciplinary committee), and run the day–to–day operation of the program; -Monitor regulatory activities across China and remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends; -Coordinate the identification and tracking, in conjunction with the relevant teams, of potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolutions of problematic issues; -Assist to provide reports on a regular basis to keep senior management informed of the progress and operation of the compliance program; -Assist to develop an effective compliance training program with support from HRD, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers. Be able to leverage technology, develop and implement new methods of training to ensure compliance messages are well delivered; -Assist to oversee development and maintenance of the Compliance portal where compliance team members can share documents, best practices and information across borders; -Fulfill other tasks required by the supervisor and the Company; -Frequent business travel is required by this position.
