The BD Manager – Pharmacy Channel will drive business development for medical products by building distributor networks, optimizing channel strategies, and collaborating with retailers. This role is essential in expanding market reach and ensuring successful product commercialization.
Develop Pharmacy Channel Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for medical products in pharmacies and retail chains. Source & Manage Medical Distributors: Identify, onboard, and manage qualified distributors to strengthen the medical product value chain. Retailer Collaboration: Partner with pharmacy chains, hospitals, and clinics to plan promotional activities and drive sales. Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities in pharmaceutical retail and institutional channels. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, distributor KPIs, and market feedback to refine strategies.
