A Front-End Innovation Research & Development (FEI R&D) role at Kimberly-Clark focuses on conceiving, developing, and validating early-stage innovative concepts, products, and processes that bring substantial value to the business. Individuals in this role are pivotal in shaping the company’s innovation agenda, collaborating across disciplines, and translating consumer insights and emerging trends into feasible technical solutions and differentiated products. In this role, you will: - Drive the exploration and conceptualization of breakthrough ideas, platforms, and technologies that have the potential to transform consumer experiences and deliver competitive advantage. - Work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of innovation objectives and maximize business impact. - Develop and evaluate prototypes, pilot new process systems, and conduct trials to quickly iterate and improve candidate solutions. - Help develop and maintain a robust portfolio of high-potential FEI projects, including regular communication of progress, status, and key learning to stakeholders. - Scan and leverage emerging technologies, collaborating with external partners, suppliers, and academic institutions as appropriate. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Product Design, or related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in R&D, innovation, or product development within consumer goods or relevant industry. - Demonstrated track record of technical contributions in bringing new products from concept to validation. - Experienced on underwear manufacturing industry is an advantage.
