Manage and lead the production team to achieve defined targets for EHS, quality, productivity, yield, and delivery commitments under limited supervision.
Responsibilities: - Lead the production team to achieve quality, productivity, yield, and delivery objectives; ensure safe operations and shop floor management; coordinate cross-functional resources; execute production protocols and reports. - Apply expertise and skills to guide production staff operations, foster teamwork, and cultivate a positive work environment. - Be responsible for or participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and daily management of operators. - Ensure workshop compliance with safety operating procedures and maintain high standards of 5S management and workplace organization. - Proactively coordinate with relevant departments (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering) to resolve resource, technical, and quality issues during production, ensuring smooth operations and target achievement. - Strictly implement and enforce work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields preferred. - 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in production management roles. - Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills. - Solid management and communication skills. - Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. - Proficient computer operation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Lean Production, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
