Title: Mandarin Business Development Rep
Location: 上海普陀区长寿路,200060 ( Shanghai )
Salary: 185k ( base + commission )
Languages: Mandarin + English ( optional )
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling or Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services, and solutions

Our customer is an innovative robotics company of over 1,000 employees united behind a common vision – to create a world where people work with robots, not like robots. They specialize in the development and manufacturing of collaborative robots, commonly known as cobots. These robots are designed to work alongside humans in various industries, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Key tasks:
●Identify and reach out to decision makers through cold-calling/emails to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
●Present product information to customers after identifying their needs.
●Connect qualified leads to a salesperson/account executive and arrange meetings.
●Update and maintain CRM system (Salesforce/Hubspot) so you keep track of progress with each potential customer
●Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Requirements
●Native level in Mandarin (mandatory) and conversational English skills (optional)
●Minimum 2 years of experience in selling or Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services, and solutions
●Experience engaging with B2B customers and developing opportunities in new accounts
●Ability to engage in executive-level conversations regarding business needs, financial, and operations strategy
●Self-starter attitude, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
