1、负责接听国内/国际用户来电处理机票酒店火车票事宜;熟练掌握eterm国际业务操作。 Handle inbound calls from domestic and international users to manage flight, hotel, and train ticket bookings; proficient in ETERM international operations. 2、安抚用户情绪,准确记录工单,将用户投诉问题及时反馈相关部门进行处理; Calm upset users, accurately record case details, and promptly escalate user complaints to relevant departments for resolution. 3、总结工作内容,定期总结工作技巧和经验,协助制作培训材料; Summarize work content, periodically consolidate work techniques and experiences, and assist in developing training materials. 4、遵守公司各项规章制度; Adhere to all company rules and regulations. 5、完成项目组长安排的临时工作任职要求: Complete temporary tasks assigned by the team lead.

1、普通话标准,具有良好的语言表达能力、倾听能力、并解决用户问题; Standard Mandarin pronunciation, excellent verbal communication and listening skills, and the ability to resolve user issues. 2、需要具备熟练的英语听说读写能力,能独立操作运营系统; Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills required; capable of independently operating operational systems. 3、性格开朗,学习能力强,适应性好; Outgoing personality, strong learning ability, and good adaptability. 4、谈吐清晰,口齿伶俐;主动积极,责任心强; Clear articulation and diction; proactive and highly responsible. 5、适应能力强,学习能力强,拥有开放性,灵活应变的沟通能力; Strong adaptability and learning ability, possessing open-mindedness and flexible communication skills.
上班时间:9:00-18:00 11:00-20:00 五休二轮班制 Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, two days off per week on a rotating schedule.
