Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planner to oversee demand and supply planning processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, on-time deliveries, and alignment with sales objectives. This role will play a key part in maintaining forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities 61 Manage end-to-end demand planning and supply planning activities, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance forecast accuracy. 61 Update and revise demand plans within SAP to reflect market changes, sales trends, and customer requirements. 61 Monitor purchase order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery, including direct shipments to customers, with a focus on meeting OTIF (On-Time In-Full) targets. 61 Track and manage aged and slow-moving inventory across all warehouses, develop action plans, and work with sales teams to reduce excess stock. 61 Lead and coordinate the S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and other stakeholders to balance supply and demand.
Qualifications & Skills 61 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 61 Proven experience in demand/supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. 61 Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for planning and inventory management. 61 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecast data, identify trends, and drive process improvements. 61 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams. 61 Knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory optimization techniques. 61 Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting OTIF targets and reducing excess inventory.
