Your Responsibilities: 1. Financial Consolidation & Group Reporting 61 Consolidate financial results for all entities operating in China (air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, customs, etc.). 61 Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reporting packages for submission to Group HQ in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group financial policies. 61 Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for China entities, and provide variance analysis with commentary. 61 Ensure timely and accurate intercompany reconciliation in accordance with Group transfer pricing and internal accounting rules. 2. Operational Finance & Business Support 61 Partner with operational teams to review and manage the financial performance of business lines. 61 Provide analytical insights into margin development, customer profitability, and cost optimization. 61 Monitor cash flow, DSO, working capital, and drive improvements in receivables collection and payables efficiency. 3. Internal Controls & Standardization 61 Ensure compliance with Group internal control policies and support audits or internal reviews initiated by HQ. 61 Maintain consistent accounting practices across all China offices; align local finance processes with Group frameworks. 61 Contribute to finance system rollouts and enhancements. 4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management 61 Coordinate closely with local Finance and Accounting Managers 61 Facilitate communication and alignment between China operations and the Group finance function at HQ. 61 Support implementation of Group-wide finance policies and best practices across all China entities in partnership with local finance leads. Profile: 61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 61 CPA, ACCA, CICPA, or other recognized accounting designation is a plus. 61 Minimum 5–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a multinational freight forwarding/logistics organization. 61 Deep knowledge of both IFRS and China GAAP. 61 Solid experience with freight forwarding finance operations is a plus. 61 Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., AX) and excellent Excel/BI tools capabilities. 61 Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); ability to work effectively with international stakeholders. 61 High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.
