Tasks: - Mechanical design of stator and rotor components - Mechanical design of e-motor - Mechanical design of all kinds of tooling required in e-motor prototyping Teamwork with concept engineer for PCB motor optimization - Responsible for the motor mechanical design from A sample to industrialization in customer project - Leading DVP process about the mechanical part - Support E-motor FEA/CFD calculation; - Support local acquisition activities for PCB motor make projects for external and internal customers. - Support supplier development and quality control
Requirements: - Strong knowledge of the E-motor material and manufacturing process, e.g. insulation, stamping, winding, magnet, Si-steel etc. - At least 8 years working experience in related tasks - Familiar with the GD&T analysis - Familiar with PCB motor system operation principle/mode,good knowledge about the PCB motor structure - Familiar with the FMEA and QFD tool for design - Broad knowledge about motor development, e.g. electromagnetic design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing etc. - Good understanding of various e-motor types, esp. PCB motor, familiar with main topologies and winding technologies - Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to partner and work collaboratively in a cross functional and cross-regional team environment - Fluent communication in English, German is a plus
