Job Responsibilities:
1. Know about the quality and process planning for the new projects，(process definition and standardization implementation).
2. Responsible for the design, development and preparation of the new fixture and prototype, CI and lesson learn
3. New tech study and implement, Global communication
4. Training the operator of the new fixture.
5. Responsible for the management of production fixture, jig and mold developed by ourselves.
6. Ensure a smooth transition to the SOP for new project, training all related people before mass production.
7. Giving efficient and on-time support to the mass production line.
8. Supplier audit
9. Other job assigned.
Job Requirements：
1. Education: Master Degree
2. Language: Fluent English
3. Specific skill：Familiar with Automation, Robot, Vision system, PLC or other program related
4. Computer skill:AUTO CAD. Skilled in use of MS Office, AUTO CAD, etc.
5. Work experience: Experience or practice on automation, automative knowledge
6. Has the strong practical ability and with experiences for the equipment developing.
7. Others to be specified: Be familiar with TS16949 system.
8. Obey superior’s order
