Position Description: Import/Export Management: Oversee and manage the import and export processes for AEC products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements. Customs Compliance: Prepare and submit all necessary customs documentation and ensure adherence to customs regulations to avoid delays and penalties Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers to coordinate shipments, track orders, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations lRegulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements to ensure the company's operations remain compliant. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for import/export activities. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, customs, or documentation in a timely manner. Preferred Qualifications: Over 2 years working experience, familiar with logistics works or customs clearance works with bachelor degree. Having the experience of working as logistics or shipping management in a manufacturer factory is must. Good cross-function working ability, has experience to drive the forwarders and warehouse suppliers, could work with sales and customer logistics functions for shipping management. Has the experience of drafting the shipping documents. Cross-culture working experience is desired, could co-work with different team from different nations, could co-work with internal team located in US/China and south Asia. Familiar with Office, good at data collection, good excel skills is must. Familiar with power BI or Tableau or other data analysis tools is preferred. Good at communications, fluent English speaking/writing is must. Could travel to warehouse located in Asia, for auditing and monitoring the stock safety.
