Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpret project and client needs; set design objectives and concepts that meets project design and business goals 2. Communicate with clients and internal leaders to present design schemes and understand needs 3. Facilitate design schematics, design development, and construction drawings in a timely manner 4. Lead team to complete design tasks in a timely manner and ways to facilitate team member growth 5. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and jobsite personnel 6. Coordinate with internal teams to manage design needs
Qualification: 1. 5 years or above working experience in design; experience in mock-up units, sales office, clubhouses, and offices is a plus 2. Bachelor degree or above in interior, architecture, or design related majors 3. Strong sense of aesthetics and level of creativity, ability to think outside of the box, and strong attention to detail 4. Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility 5. Willingness to collaborate and the ability to lead a team of 5 or more people 6. Good communication skills; ability to effectively explain design schemes to clients and colleagues 7. Familiar with basic construction methods and interior building codes 8. Fluent proficiency in English is a plus
