【工作内容】
- 负责与客户进行日常业务联络及沟通，包括订单处理、产品确认、生产进度跟进等。
- 协调内外部资源，确保按时保质完成订单交付，满足客户需求。
- 熟悉服装行业生产流程，能够对成本进行有效控制，并能提出合理化建议。
- 收集市场信息，分析行业趋势，为公司制定销售策略提供建议。
- 积极参与团队会议，分享工作进展和问题，促进团队协作。
- 定期向管理层汇报项目进展情况，确保项目按计划执行。
【任职要求】
- 具备3年以上服装行业业务跟单经验，熟悉从接单到出货的全过程操作。
- 熟练掌握针梭织服装生产工艺，具有良好的成本控制意识。
- 英语四级以上，能够使用电子邮件进行商务沟通，具备专业文件翻译能力。
- 积极主动，勇于面对挑战，拥有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神。
- 诚实守信，具备高度的职业道德，能够承受工作压力，有较强的执行力。
- 大专及以上学历，英语水平优秀者优先考虑。


【Job Responsibilities】
- Be responsible for daily business communication and liaison with clients, including order processing, product confirmation, and production progress tracking.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and quality completion of order delivery and meet customer demands.
- Be familiar with the production process of the garment industry, effectively control costs, and provide reasonable suggestions.
- Collect market information, analyze industry trends, and provide suggestions for the company's sales strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings, share work progress and problems, and promote teamwork.
- Regularly report project progress to management to ensure projects are executed as planned.

【Qualifications】
- Have over 3 years of experience in garment industry order following, familiar with the entire process from order receiving to shipment.
- Proficient in the production processes of knitted and woven garments, with a good sense of cost control.
- CET-4 or above, capable of conducting business communication via email and translating professional documents.
- Be proactive, courageous in facing challenges, possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Be honest and trustworthy, have a high level of professional ethics, be able to withstand work pressure, and have strong execution ability.
- Have a college degree or above, those with excellent English proficiency will be given priority.
