SUMMARY 岗位概述:
Responsible for daily documentations for Seafreight export.
负责日常海运出口单证工作。


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 基本职责:
1. Review the job file of shipment when taking over from OP.
协助操作复审海运货物的单证。
2. Processing data progressively and timely in the system and ensure system data integrity.
适时地按照操作流程录入海运货物信息并确保系统数据完整性。
3. Confirm the filing (e.g.:AMS, ENS, ACI and ENS) according to the regulations of destinations before cut off time.
根据目的港相关规则，确保在截关前货物完成***的申报（如：AMS,ENS,ACI及ENS）。
4. Check the HB/L draft & invoice with shipper before sailing, check for on-board status and track the container，issue B/L & invoice to shipper in time when vessel departure.
在货物出运前，与发货人确认提单及发票； 适时确认集装箱出运状态；货物离岸后，向发货人签发提单及发票。
5. Prepare documents for pre-alert and the relevant shipping docs.
发送货物预报及相关海运单证。
6. Check job file with OP in due time, and pass the file to Manager for job closing within 7 days after ETD and finish proper archiving
在货物离岗7日内，及时检查货物所有单证并提交上级经理完成操作归档。


ADDINTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 其他职责:
To take up additional tasks as assigned and timely follow-up in case of irregularities
及时完成上级主管安排的工作任务, 及时处理非常规问题。
Back up for other team members when necessary.
适时地支援其他组员的工作。


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 专业技能要求:
1. College degree or above.
大专以上学历。
2. 1 year+ of Documentation experience in forwarding industry，has experience in international forwarding company is preferred.
1年以上从事相关货运代理行业单证工作的经验,有外资货运代理公司工作经验者优先。
3. Familiar with the procedure of seafreight export operation and forwarding related knowledge.
熟悉海运出口操作流程及货代相关知识。
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill, and good sense of customer service.
良好的人际交往及沟通能力, 良好的客服意识。
5. Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and good work under pressure.
良好的团队精神，责任心及抗压能力。
