岗位要求：
1. 协助主管按照项目计划参与完成方案设计、设计深化、施工图绘画
2. 宏观的理解项目与客户需求
3. 与内部主管沟通设计方案与工作
4. 与供应商和施工现场人员沟通；去施工现场保证设计与做工质量
5. 与同时和内部团队协调沟通达到设计需求

任职要求：
1. 1+年设计工作经验
2. 室内、建筑或与设计有关专业，本科及以上学历
3. 有较强的美术功底及视觉搭配能力，善于创意发挥，思维活跃
4. 注重细节并有强烈的责任感
5. 熟练运用AUTOCAD、SKETCHUP、MS Office、PHOTOSHOP等相关软件
6. 熟悉施工工艺流程及室内外设计规范
7. 流畅的英文读写能力者优先考虑

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the lead designer with design schemes, design development, and construction drawings in a timely manner
2. Understand project and client design needs holistically
3. Communicate with internal leaders to present design schemes and tasks
4. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and jobsite personnel
5. Collaborate with colleagues to manage design needs

Qualification:
1. 1 year or above working experience in design
2. Bachelor degree or above in interior, architecture, or design related majors
3. Strong sense of aesthetics and level of creativity, ability to think outside of the box, and strong attention to detail
4. Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
5. Strong proficiency in AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, MS OFFICE, PHOTOSHOP
6. Familiar with basic construction methods and interior building codes
7. Fluent proficiency in English is a plus
