岗位职责:
1. 推广并促进顺科进口航线和服务的货量提升,包括进口海运拼箱、空运包板集拼、欧亚铁路拼箱、危险品拼箱、整箱和综合国际物流解决方案等业务;
Promote Shipco’s import products line, including Sea LCL consolidation, Air consolidation, Eurasian Rail consolidation, FCL services and integrated international logistics solutions, etc.
2. 识别和开发潜在进口业务机会,拜访潜在客户;
Identify and develop potential market opportunities of import logistics, plan and make sales calls to customers.
3. 与现存或潜在客户保持良好的关系,持续开发客户的物流需求,扩大合作机会;
Maintain good relationship with exists or potential customer, explore new international logistics needs and opportunities and maximum its potential.
4. 与内部及外部相关团队紧密合作,根据客户需求提供定制物流方案;
Work closely with internal/external multi-functional teams to deliver tailor-made solutions meet with customer requirements and make proposal/quotations accordingly and properly.
5. 准备定期销售业务回顾报告及发展计划,与销售经理汇报沟通;
Report to Sales Manager the sales development plan and communicate daily sales activities.
6. 确保达到毛利,货量等相关销售指标;
Ensure individual sales targets in P&L, volume, etc., are achieved.
7. 密切关注应收账款,确保回款及时。
Monitor AR for nomination business, ensure collection of freight timely and in compliance with company credit policy.
任职要求:
1. 1年以上销售或业务发展经验,有国际物流、货运代理、无船承运人行业经验者更优;
1 years’ sales or commercial related experiences in international logistics, freight forwarding or NVOCC industry.
2. 责任心强,积极进取,良好的沟通和人际关系技巧;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills.
3. ***大学专科以上或相当学历;
College degree or equivalent.
4. 流利的英语口语和书写能力,大学英语四级以上或相当能力;
Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin. CET-4 or equivalent.
5. 熟练使用MS Office软件。
Good command of MS Office.
