工作描述：


1. 按照图纸和装配手册，在计划时间内对机床进行装配，几何精度调整和测试，保证装配质量符合PAMA质量标准；
2. 及时、准确、完整的填写生产过程和质量记录，并能对记录结果进行解释；
3. 正确使用各类量具、工装夹具以及生产辅助设施，对工具和设备进行维护保养，管理自己的专用工具；
4. 及时的汇报生产中以及其他方面出现的问题；
5. 遵守安全规定，生产现场5S；
6. 接受公司的培训，并按照上级的要求，对其他同事进行相关的技能培训；
7. 必要时积极协助其他同事进行装配作业，特别是在需要多人配合的场合，比如：大件吊运、安装等；
8. 积极的提出建议，特别是在质量改进、生产过程优化和产品设计优化方面；
9. 完成上级安排的其它临时工作任务。




技能要求：


1. 大专以上学历，机械、钳工或其他相关专业，年龄40岁以下；
2. 5年以上重型精密机械装配经验，阅读技术图纸和BOM的能力，有CNC机床装配经验者优先；
3. 熟悉液压和气动系统，具备液压部件安装和配管的经验；
4. 熟练掌握常用装配工具和设备的使用，能操作行车吊装大型部件；
5. 掌握常规量具的使用方法；
6. 简单的英语阅读能力；
7. 工作积极主动、追求***质量，责任心强，善于与人沟通合作；
8. 遵守公司及部门各项劳动纪律和规章制度，遵守安全规章；
9. 有行车及叉车方面的特种设备操作证者优先。




Responsibilities:


1. Based on the mechanical drawings and assembly manual, finish machine tool assembly, geometrical adjusting and test in time to meet the quality standards of PAMA;
2. Fill in production process and quality sheet timely, correctly and completely, properly explain the results of these sheets if necessary;
3. Correctly handle with measuring devices, jigs and auxiliary production facilities, properly maintain instruments and equipments and manage personal special instruments;
4. Timely report of the questions appeared in production, or other aspects;
5. Abide by safety regulations, production in-site 5S;
6. Accept training from company and perform skill training for other colleagues accordingly;
7. Assist assembly task of colleague when needed, especially in the situations that call for team work, like: big parts lift and moving, installation, etc.;
8. Provide active suggestions, especially those related to quality improvement, optimization of production process and design optimization;
9. Other temporary tasks assigned by company.




Qualifications:


1. With an associate degree in mechanical or locksmith and below 40 years old;
2. Fives years experiences in heavy-duty machine assembly, independent drawing and BOM reading ability. Experiences in the assembly of machine tool would be a big plus;
3. Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic system, also equipped with experiences in the assembly of hydraulic components and tube making;
4. Master the uses of normal assembly devices and equipments, with the ability to lift and move big part with crane;
5. Master the uses of normal measuring instruments;
6. Simple English reading ability;
7. Active working attitude, strong responsibility for the work and quality, willing to cooperate with colleagues;
8. Complying with labor disciple, regulations and safeguard regulations;
9. Certificate bearer of crane or forklift operation would be a big plus.
