职位描述：
1、具备良好的空间规划、概念设计、向客户陈述方案及施工图细节处理的能力，根据客户要求，独立完成相应的创意方案，从概念到深化设计，实施并监督方案的顺利完成；
2、根据设计理念制作材料样板，指导完成效果图和施工图的制作；
3、了解基本的家具系统/规格、地毯、灯具以及相关行业的知识行情；
4、在项目中与项目经理、施工团队协调工作；


职位要求：
1. 最少3年室内设计工作经验。
2. 室内设计、环境艺术或施工设计或相关专业, 大专以上学历。
3. 熟练使用AUTOCAD、3D MAX、PHOTOSHOP等设软件，能够独立完成平面图施工图和效果图。
4. 创新性设计概念和理念，良好的现场沟通经验和实现设计理念的能力。
5. 基本的英语知识（口语和书面）、较强的手绘能力优先。
6. 英语口语流利者优先考虑

Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
Independently design interior decoration for office, industrial, educational and residential projects, from Conceptual Design to Detailed Design.


Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years interior design working experience
2. At least College graduate in interior design or construction design or related disciplines
3. Familiar in using design and renderings software （AUTOCAD、3D MAX、PHOTOSHOP）
4. Innovative design concepts and ideas， Good site communication experience and the capability to realize design idea
5. Basic knowledge of the English language (oral and written) ，Strong ability in drawing by hands is preferred
