1. To liaise with shippers to collect and check related documents including but not limited to customer clearance documents, booklets, commodity inspections, fumigations etc. and for the processing of house bill of lading in accordance with their requirements without any mistakes.
2. Relay booking details to overseas and arrange trucking, customer clearance and space booking etc as per instructions.
3. To liaise with carriers or co-loaders the processing of master bills of lading in accordance with the requirements of the overseas agents/colleagues and ensure that the documents are ready on time.
4. To keep overseas agents/colleagues informed of the progress of shipments and the relevant documents on a timely and efficient manner.Send pre-alert to overseas and issue invoices/debit notes and other related shipment documents.
5. To calculate profit split with overseas agents and prepare invoices/credit notes to overseas agents.
6. To close the shipment of job files in accordance with the timetable laid down by the company.
7. To be familiar with all the systems of the operation department and ensure all the systems of the company are complied with
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 1. College degree; 2. Fluent in written and oral English, CET-4 or above. 3. Minimum two years operation working experience in forwarding industry. 4. Familiar with seafreight export operation procedure and forwarding related knowledge. 5. Strong sense of responsibility; Patient; Good interpersonal and communication skill. 6.
