We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join us, who is able to take on a lot of responsibility and a leadership role.


We would like this person to be an integral part of our team, supporting the Financial work in Shanghai Office.


Requirements:


- Bachelor degree


- Minimum of three years in accounting or similar function (foreign company strongly preferred)


- Fluent in English speaking and writing


- Flexible in time and attitude


- Independent, able to work under pressure


- Strong computer skills


- Qualified accountant certificate


- Experience in consulting companies and foreign companies will be an advantage




工作职责：
Job Description:


1. 完成公司日常账务操作，制作和审核记账凭证；
Deal with daily accounting, prepare and check accounting vouchers;
2. 处理税务事宜，完成公司月度、季度、年度税务申报；
Deal with tax matters, proceed monthly, quarterly and yearly tax declaration;
3. 审核报销发票，支付报销；
Check reimbursement invoices, and process the payment;
4. 应收、应付的对账；
Reconciliation of account receivables and payables;
5. 会计凭证装订、归档工作；
Voucher binding and documentation;
6. 负责与审计沟通；
Communication with auditor;
7. 税务、统计、市场监督管理局等相关政府部门的要求的信息填报;
Provide information required by tax authority, statistical department and market supervision and administration department.
