Accountabilities · To check DG restrictions, capture DG info into system and submit application · To approve/disapprove partner line's DG bookings and prepare call plan list to terminal · To be responsible for outstanding job order clean up and exception reason analysis · To be responsible for customers' report preparation · To be responsible for inbound and outbound Detention Editing · To issue notifications/advisories to customer to trace missing documents or advise vessel/shipment status · To verify new customer records to maintain customer profile
Requirements · University graduated · Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent inter-personal skills · Must be a team player · Good command of both oral and written English, CET 6 is a must · Excellent skills of MS excel, knowledge of MS access is preferred
