岗位职责：
1）协助设计总监建立设计概念及空间平面布局设计。
2）具备良好的空间规划、概念设计、向客户陈述方案及施工图细节处理的能力，根据客户要求，领导3-4人的设计/绘图团队完成相应的创意方案，从概念到深化设计，实施并监督方案的顺利完成；
3）有独立完成与各专业顾问公司沟通协调能力；
4）有独立审核各专业图纸能力；
6）对装修施工进行指导检查。


任职资格：
1、建筑设计、室内设计、环艺或相关专业毕业；
2、商业室内设计从业经验10年以上，从事过国际品牌酒店室内设计，有国际品牌酒店项目经验或国外室内设计公司工作经验者为佳；
3、熟练使用AUTO CAD, Illustrator ,3DMax, Sketch Up ,Photoshop等室内设计常用软件，熟悉国际品牌酒店相关室内设计标准者优先；
4、有良好的团队合作性、责任心且有较强的沟通能力、协调能力、分析能力和逻辑能力；
5、有较强的与客户沟通能力；
6、有创新性设计概念和理念，良好的现场沟通经验和实现设计理念的能力；


Senior Interior Designer
We are looking for a designer who is passionate about interior design with strong attention to detail. In joining this team you will have access to international brand hotel projects.
Skills and experience required
01. Minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience
02. Hospitality project experience (exposure to contemporary and traditional projects is preferred but not essential)
03. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
04. Strong organizational skills
05. Ability to lead and manage other team members and consultants
06. Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
07. Ability to assume full ownership of their role and responsibilities including reporting to management on project status, target achievement and resourcing
08. Knowledge of most of the following software packages AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, 3dMax
09. A natural ‘creative eye’
10. Broad knowledge of current trends, fabrics and FF&E suppliers
11. Experience in the preparation of development marketing packages is preferred but not essential
