工作职责：

1.对OOCL主要船代的实际船期更新服务的绩效记录与管理；
2.在内部系统中进行全球干线及部分支线船舶的长期船期和预计船期维护；
3.每月对船舶的准点率进行数据收集及分析评估；
4.利用dashboard工具对船期实时监测确保船期数据准确；
5.定期监测港口操作各项指标以提高效率；
6.协助ISD部门对于船期相关系统及项目的开发与改进。






职位要求：
1.本科学历，航运物流相关专业优先考虑;
2.英语佳，CET-4必需，CET-6优先考虑;
3.熟悉MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件的使用;
4.具有团队合作精神


Accountabilities:




1.Global agency and vendors' ATB/ATD updating performance management;
2.Global trunk services and in-house feeders long term and Coastal schedule maintenance in OOCL internal system;
3.Monthly data collection and analysis of schedule on-time report for HQ to achieve reliability target;
4.Monitoring vessel real time movement using by NCC dashboard to reflect most accurate schedule.
5.Monitoring the terminal performance program to seek for higher port productivity;
6.Coordination with ISD team for schedule related systems and projects' development and enhancement.




Requirements:


1.Bachelor Degree, major in shipping or logistics is preferred;


2.Good command in English and Chinese;


3.Proficient in MS-office software and OOCL systems;


4.Highly self-motivated to meet challenging targets;


5.Good team work spirit.
