Job Purpose:
Working in production workshop of Compounding Manufacturing Plant in Fengxian, implementation based on HSE policies and procedures during the daily job activities and carry out all operations strictly following production work instructions. Continuously strengthen the techniques and skills by self-study and on the job training so that a higher performance of person and the whole team can be achieved.
工作地点位于奉贤塑料改性工厂，日常工作中严格执行健康、安全与环境（HSE）政策及相关程序规范，所有操作均严格按照生产作业指导书进行。通过自主学习和在岗培训持续强化技术能力与操作技能，从而推动个人及团队整体工作绩效的持续提升。

Key Accountabilities:
1. Participate the training organized by Company or related team to have a clear understanding whether from technical or operational requirement.
参加公司组织的关于技术及运营方面的相关培训。
2. 100% comply with the HSE policies or procedures of Company.
100% 遵守公司安全健康环保相关的政策和流程。
3. Report any HSE & Quality concerns or incidents via oral or documental form to shift supervisor immediately once detected or happened.
及时向生产主管汇报生产过程中的异常和质量问题。
4. Strictly follow up with production work instructions when conduct any production related tasks.
按照作业指南执行生产相关工作。
5. Always keep excellent and high standard 5S environment in the working field.
在工作区域遵守5S 的要求。
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
1. Senior high school or equivalent secondly school in technical background as the minimum requirement. 高中/中专以上学历, 工科背景优先。
2. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the field, compounding experience would be preferred.
至少1年相关领域工作经验，有复合材料相关工作经验者优先。
3. Preliminary Knowledge within manufacturing plant.
具备制造工厂相关基本知识。
4. Willing to learn the new technology, good attitude to adapt the requirement of the company.
有意愿学习新技术，具备良好工作态度适应公司需求。
5. Able to accept shift work, forklift driving license is preferred.
能接受倒班，有叉车证者优先。
